Vision of a Developed Nation

Mr Amitabh Bachchan's Vision of a Developed Nation

Each and evey citizen should make it their innate moral duty to contribute, in their own small way, in realising our dream for a fully developed nation

Provision of literacy and education are key factors to progress and development. Implementation of socioeconomic projects that effect positive social changes will also help accelerate progress. Other key functional areas to my knowledge are : Health and nutrition, improvement of infrastructure - with sanitation and clear driking water etc

Focus on the girl child and women is another important factor. If the weaker sex is empowered, it will make a big difference in society.

Working with individuals on grassroots levels with create sustainable communities through the enhancement of individual skills and knowledge.

Traditional livelihoods should be maintained and indigeneous skilled workers should not be made obsolete, forcing them to move away from their villages to find employment.

With courage and fortitude, belief and commitment, coupled with a willingness for change, we can together realise our dream for a nation we all will be proud to belong to.
